4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement item after receiving the returned product. Please note that exchange availability depends on stock levels.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately, within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage when contacting us.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item for a reason other than defect or error, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
